Shipping policy

Delivery
All our orders are processed within 3-5 business days, except on made to order items. We use Sendle for all our domestic shipping and on occasion Australia Post.

We offer free local delivery on postcodes between 2073 - 2075. For all other deliveries, we have a flat rate of $9.95 within Australia.

We offer free shipping when you spend over $90 and this will be automatically applied at checkout.

Please note we do not ship internationally at this time.

Returns
We invite you to choose carefully. We will accept returns provided products are unused (unlit candle) and in reasonable condition within 14 days of receiving your order. Please remember we are a small business and the return shipping is the responsibly of the customer. 

If your candle is faulty or damaged please provide a photo and we will replace it for free.
